Water Fondant in box

WATER FONDANT

Traditional water fondant for the finishing of pastry and confectionery products, suitable for colouring and flavouring. The pastry fondant for coating cakes is characterised by its intense white colour in the packaging and, when applied to the product - depending on the amount of water used - can range from white to transparent.

The cake fondant, taken straight out of the packaging, is not a ready-to-use product. Before applying it to the product, it must be heated in a water bath to approximately 40°C and then a maximum of 5% water added. By adjusting the amount of water added during preparation, we can obtain a fondant with the desired texture on the finished product.

Fondant Spray

FONDANT SPRAY

A product created to meet the latest confectionery trend - freezing products. Thanks to its carefully selected ingredients, the fondant can be stored at sub-zero temperatures after glazing. Fondant Spray is a product that, taken out of its packaging, is suitable for direct glazing of products. The product must be mixed thoroughly before use. By heating it before use, we can regulate its behaviour on the final product. Applying the fondant straight from the packet will leave a thick white glaze on the confectionery product, whereas after heating to a maximum of 40°C, a thin, semi-transparent layer will be obtained.

Dry matter: 84.0% - 85.0%.

FONDANT F20

FONDANT F20

Fondant F20 is a specialised product for the production of fillings for chocolates and pralines. Thanks to a change in the proportions of ingredients and production technology, the resulting fondant has a texture that allows it to be used in the production of fillings using most known technologies. The product is also used in confectionery as an alternative to another product, such as water fondant.

The processing of fondant for industrial purposes (production of fillings) depends on the manufacturer's own technology and recipe. Depending on the amount of water added, a dense, white coating or a fine, transparent layer can be obtained on the surface of the product.
